Amanda has been part of our team since 1991, officially joining in 2010 as a full time employee. With a background in sales and formal training in medical aesthetics and leadership, she brings a wealth of experience and a diverse skill set to her role as Administrative Supervisor. Amanda manages all external-facing administrative functions, including customer and vendor interactions, and oversees production planning. She is a passionate advocate for manufacturing and a visionary leader, dedicated to nurturing the next generation of talent. Amanda works closely with our operations and quality managers to ensure that customer and vendor requirements are seamlessly integrated with our quality and operational processes. In 2024, Amanda completed the NTMA Emerging Leaders Program, focused on enhancing confidence, delegation, and communication skills for a future in manufacturing leadership.
